Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job While it isn't exactly as pictured, it does perform as it is suppose to. The actual hand holds do not attach so that it is at seat level, as pictured. Turned one way they end up about chest high. Turned the other way puts them down to a more comfortable position, for me at least. The highest resistance setting isn't as strong as I would like. But for a first time user it might take some working up the scale to reach it. Since I have been using one at physical therapy, with a setting of 2, I had hoped to have a few more levels to achieve before using 8. After trying all the levels I was able to do half my normal work out time on 8 before starting to feel it. As stated it functions as it should and serves the purpose I intended it to. I will have to go more on time spent instead of working up the levels of resistance as each level got easier. All in all for the money it was a good purchase. I didn't choose yes or no on the question would you recommend this product because there would be some info I would need before advising a friend or family member buy this. But for a first time user I probably would suggest this one due to the price.
