Rated 1 out of 5 by Beth60 from Broken I purchased this item as a gift on November 12, 2022. I also purchased a 1 year extended warranty. Today I was told by the recipient the brewer was not working correctly. She called Keurig and they told her it was out of warranty even though it's supposed to have a 1 year manufacturer warranty they said because it was purchased from a third party seller and had set on a shelf for several months it used up the majority of that warranty. So that sucks but no problem since I had purchased the extended warranty. When I logged onto the New Leaf website and tried to file a claim I received an error message stating the product is still under the manufacturer warranty and to contact Keurig. Now what am I supposed to do?

Tried calling customer service to no avail because I never received postage label to return previous one purchased in June! Recording continues to say call volume high and suggests calling another time as it abruptly disconnects the call. Online does not show good reviews of this coffee machine. I dont suggest purchasing this product!

I bought the Keurig K-Supreme Brewer in September 2021. The beginning of November 2021 the descale light came on. I used the keurig cleaning system, I followed the instructions exactly and the light didn’t go off when I was done. How do you reset it?
