DOES NOT WORK
I am so dissatisfied, I ordered this to clean my carpet before hosting Thanksgiving at my house. Needless to say it did not work. Extremely weak suction, rolls over the carpet with no 'cleaning' effort. The vacuum has a strong suction method, this rolls over the carpet with little effort and makes the carpet wet but does not suction up anything. I couldnt return the item because I threw away the original box and its heavy. so now I am stuck with a huge machine that is just taking up space in my house. If I could rate it -1 star i would have.

Bad news only 5 m I nth
It big leaked it only 5 month use since July 2021 I bought last July it only 5 month broke found I always kept clean shampoo but bad news waste my month
