Cooking times and crispness
Took way to long to air fry wings. Also tried to air fry frozen French fries. Also took more than double the time to cook. Neither of these were crispy. I would send back but I don’t have original box it came in. Extremely disappointed.

Simple features
I like all the cooking methods plus the fact that it is an air fryer. It’s easy to clean with the large pull out bottom tray that catches all the crumbs.

Toaster oven
Whether the rack is in the top position or the bottom it is too close to the heating element and things burn, especially toast. I am quite unhappy with it.

Hamilton Beach toaster oven
Great little toaster oven W/ air fryer. Wish it came with the little tool to pull the inside shelf, when hot. The over is big enough to bake a small casserole or personal pizza.

Need to have information
I got this but not very happy with it did not come with any information on how to use it I am going to see about sending it back And I see it cheaper in other places. I do not have the box or return label if not I will just sell it. Also it hard to see the number and word on the front
