Not worth the money
Setting the mode and time is not what is stated in the manual. Can’t cook on low under 7 hours. I even called the company about it. Very misleading.

Best customer service EVER!
My first one of these didn't get HOT, so I wrote a review, figuring that was just how it was...they sent an email offering to replace it and the new one works great and gets HOT! Super happy customer with both the item and the service! Will be back!

drat...high is NOT hot
Have only used this twice, once on low worked great and once on high...there was VERY little diff in the temp..SO SAD because it looks great on the counter. Doesn't get nearly as hot as my old school one does :
