Not happy
Complicated one day your 5 lbs lighter. I tried these scales before and the same thing happen. The old scales you can put it on the 0 but this digital scale doesn’t do that. Not happy with this product

Love the Extra-Wide Scale!
I bought these two months ago and they are not only wide but strong. I love that I can not only see the hugh numbers but they actually tell me my weight and there accurate as well.

How do I reset it. I don’t remember any instructions coming with it and it’s not reading the correct weight I clear it and it says my weight is lesser then the reading it gave 2 minutes ago

How do you change the KM button back to the pounds button
Hello Sheryl. There should be a down arrow/u button on the back of the scale. Pressing that will switch between weight settings. We hope you find this information helpful!
