not worth the price
I had purchased in 12/2019, I had contacted Ginny's to let them know that the back wheel next to the lever that allows the vacuum cleaner to move up or down came off in February, but I have not heard from them! This is the second time I had purchased this vacuum cleaner and its always the same issue!

Wheels came off
I recently purchased this vacuum hearing that Dirt Devil was a good company. I have had the product for a short time, and one wheel broke off. The vacuum is lopsided now, an does not pick up anything. I have two dogs in the house, and need a dependable vacuum for that reason.

Not worth the price
I purchased this vaccum cleaner 12/29/2019, it is mainly used upstairs. The motor is very loud and the lever to adjusted the hight from floor to high carpet broke. I cannot even fix it, because the plastic wheel holder broke while I was trying to adjust the height. The vaccum cleaner is less than three months. Is there a warranty? I would appericate any help with this matther.

Just what is the setup with the cord on this sweeper ? Does it wrap up and where, side or back ?
