Disappointed
I have never been so disappointed with anything as I am with this. Every time I to sit on the bed the slats pop out of the plastic pieces. It is supposed to hold up to 500 pounds and I am not near that. I wish they would do something anout it.

So disappointing
I bought this a couple days ago I received it my daughter is 14 and 120lbs she moves in the middle of the night needles to say I heard a thump and she had fell through so needless to say the slats weren't very sturdy

Hmmm
It's beautiful, wasn't too hard to put together. However the slats keep popping out of place, which means I have to lift up my mattress and put it back together. This is extremely annoying.

I read the reviews after I had made the purchase. I tend not to pay attention to reviews as some can be just to make the company look bad. My personal experience so far, I am a 47yo female. I received both shipments with instructions and the necessary tools. I even had some extras! I assembled the bed myself no outside help. Instructions simple to follow, bed easy to assemble. I bought the bed for my daughter she is a little over 200lbs. The bed is NOT flimsy, she hasn't broken it, yet! The first day I kind of made the mistake of putting the spring slats upside down, I thought that what I had read in reviews was true, that it wasn't durable. But, I took it upon myself to read through instructions again and had seen I put the spring slats upside down, which is why my kid fell in the middle of the night. After adjusting the slats properly, ever since then, I have had no issues, bed has been stable, not flimsy. Makes her room look beautiful! Although there are minor details such as the aligning of the headboard, the headboard holes(bolts) do not align properly with the bed frame but that I see as a minor defect which was fixable. Not sure how tight everyone else who had cause to complaint was tightening the bolts but so far our bed stable and comfy!!! I Give it 5 stars!!
