If you have back problems, this is the mat for you
We have purchased a lot of rugs to put in front of the kitchen sink. I needed something that would help my back, since you spend a lot of time in the kitchen. This mat is great. Since I have back trouble, I normally can only stand about 10 minutes. Standing on the mat I has increased my cooking time.
