Closing my account
After 3 weeks trying to return this ceiling fan and numerous calls made to customer service, I will be closing this account. The ceiling fan looks great but my ceiling was not high enough. Montgomery ward needs to educate their employees on phone ethics.

Love this fan
This is the third fan I have purchased. I purchased 2 last year and put them in my family room and dining room. I was so upset when I went back to get the third one for my living room. They didn't have them any longer. BUT they got them back this year and I got the 3rd one. I love these fans. They are easy to install and the large leaf blades move the air so well. If I had somewhere to use a 4th one I would buy it. I recommend this highly to anyone who has a large room that needs a fan. They are beautifully designed.

Wonderful find
Love the fan but was missing some screws that was needed to put blades on so we had to purchase them. Other than that we would recommend it to anyone .

Disappointed
None of the washers or screws that came with it fit. We had to suppky our own. Love the fan once we got it installed but why send things that don't fit?
