Product Details

It couldn't be easier to install, yet it's extremely sturdy and helpful in your tub. Simply place the bracket on top of your tub wall (rubber pads on bottom help prevent scratching) and tighten the nut with your own wrench. The all-steel bar extends 14" vertically to help steady you when you lower yourself down or pull yourself up to get out. Installs on tub walls up to 6" w. Rust- and corrosion-resistant white finish. 6" sq. x 20" h.

Ratings & Reviews

Bath Safety Bar is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WORTH THE MONEY The screw that is "supposedly" be used to secure to tub becomes dangerously unscrewed and loose. Now its just a useless piece of metal that I keep under the bed. One day, I will go and sell for scrap metal. My bath aide suggested getting a pressure mount on this kind of equipment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works ok I bought this for my father in law to use for his bath, I was concerned because we live in a manufactured home with the cheap type tubs and they don't usually have a lot of support under them. I was also afraid that the tub edge wouldn't be flat enough. It does work ok for him to use as an aid for standing, but it doesn't sit very well on the edge because the tub itself has a sloped wall. But it was easy to install, easy to remove, heavy and seems to do ok, I still worry it's going to come off at some point though.
