Comprehensive set with ergonomically designed, hollow handles for lightweight ease. Stainless steel with satin finish. Knives include 8 serrated steak, 8" chef's, 6" mini chef's, 6" cleaver, 8" serrated bread, 6" boning, 8" carving, 5" utility, 3 1/2" paring, 3" bird's beak and 6 1/2" Santoku. Also includes 8" sharpening steel, kitchen shears, 7" utility fork and knife block (10" l x 5 3/4" w x 9 1/4" h). Hand wash.

These wouldn’t cut warm butter
These are absolutely the worst knives I have ever used! Given the brand (Oster) and the fact that one would expect a set of knives like those to actually be sharp, I naturally expected them to BE sharp. They are not! There is a tool with the set for sharpening them but t knives are so dull that even after sharpening the knives they are just crap! Having said that, and having naturally expected them to be sharp and to actually cut, unfortunately for me I didn’t keep the packing box or the shipping material so can’t return them. I’m just stuck! Additionally, when removing the knives from dishwater and rinsing them, water has accumulated in the handles and just runs out like a faucet. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this purchase! Buyer beware!!!

A little disappointed
I bought this set about 6 weeks ago and last night while slicing cheese the knife broke. I like the set but the knife should not have broke 6 weeks after purchasing it. The last set I bought did the same thing hence the reason I bought this one. The knife broke where the blade connects to the handle where I'm assuming it is pop riveted in there. For the kind of money I paid this should not have happened.
