Chicken in Mushroom Gravy
Sometimes you just want something savory and comforting for dinner. That’s when this chicken in mushroom gravy meal comes in handy! This easy meal can be ready in just a few hours in the slow cooker.
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
cups dry white wine or chicken broth
10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in slow cooker. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
Mix wine and soup and pour over chicken. Add mushrooms.
Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
