Pizza Tacos

Pizza and tacos are both perfect comfort foods; combine them in a big way with these pizza tacos. You just need four main ingredients, a few favorite toppings, and a skillet with a cover to make this delicious dish. Use pepperoni, or use sausage, mushrooms, olives, vegetables or more for toppings–just raid your pantry and vegetable drawer! Another bonus? These pizza tacos only take a few minutes to make, so they’re easy to cook whenever your’re in the mood for a feel good classic.

1 pkg. (16 oz.) flour tortillas
dried oregano
1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1 pkg. (3-5 oz.) pepperoni
1 c. mozzarella cheese

1. Take a tortilla and spread it with 1 T. of pizza sauce. Place into a heated skillet (low to medium heat).
2. Add a heaping T. of cheese and a sprinkle of the oregano, then the pepperoni (or other toppings).
3. Cover and cook about 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Flip the tortilla in half to make a taco (the melted cheese will help).

Makes 12-18 tacos.
