An efficient way to prepare a classic side dish that will go perfectly with just about any meal. This air fried baked potato is the perfect base for all the classic baked potato toppings of your choice.
medium sized russet potatoes
tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Thoroughly wash potatoes and pat dry.
Poke each potato multiple times with a fork.
Brush skins with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
