Turkey Noodle Soup

 64 oz chicken broth
 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
 15 oz cream of chicken soup
 5 cups turkeycooked and chopped
 16 oz dried egg noodles
 1 tsp thyme
 1 tsp ground basil
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 2 cups potatoes (optional)peeled and diced

Combine chicken broth and vegetable mix (and optional potatoes) in a stock pot.

Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Simmer for 20 minutes.
