Taco Chili

Yields1 Serving

A gray metal skillet filled with Taco Chili, topped with a fresh chili pepper and shredded parsley, with corn chips nearby.

 1 lb Ground beef
 1 Can diced tomatoes
 1 Can tomatoes with green peppers
 2 Cans of chili beans or kidney beans, drained
 1 Package of taco seasoning, hot or mild
 1 Onion, diced
 ½ Beef bouillon cube
 Cayenne pepper to taste
Stovetop Instructions

Cook beef until well done; drain and set aside.

Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook until it boils.

Add meat and reduce heat. Simmer for one hour, then serve.

Slow Cooker Instructions

In a skillet, brown ground beef.

Add ground beef and the remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir.

Cook on low for 2 hours, or high for 1 hour.
