I’ve had s’mores baked inside a filo dough crust with a hot caramel sauce topping and toasted almonds sprinkled on top. It was my grandmother’s signature roll out dish to celebrate us kids passing the school year and welcome summer and us kids out of the house after being cooped up all winter! She called it Moose Poop. My grandmother was Ojibwe and she colorful names for everything!
