Smoked Ribs

A Ginny's brand slow cooker filled with smoked ribs, on a counter with cheese on a cutting board, and BBQ sauce.
Yields4 Servings
 4 lbs Pork Ribs
 1 tbsp Pepper
 3 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Onion Powder
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 BBQ sauce to taste
 Mesquite chips

Cut ribs to fit inside the smoker, set aside.

Make the "rub" in a small bowl. Mix together the dry spices and pat the mixture onto the meat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Fill the charring cup of your smoker with dry mesquite chips.

Add ribs to smoker, cover, and "combine smoke" for 4 hours. Serve with BBQ sauce and lots of napkins.
