Slow Cooker Cheddar Gouda Mac

 16 oz elbow macaroni (one box)cooked until al dente, drained
 4 tbsp salted buttercubed
 12 oz evaporated milk
 1 cup half and half
 1 cup milk
 2 cups cheddar cheeseshredded
 2 cups gouda cheeseshredded
 4 oz cream cheesecubed
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Spray 6-quart slow cooker crock with cooking spray.


Add all ingredients to slow cooker crock, folding until combined. The cream cheese will still be in cubes.


Cover and cook on low for 2.5 hours. Stir and serve!
