Rotisserie Chicken Rub

A square plate with four raw chicken legs topped with a dry rotisserie rub.

 4 tsp Kosher salt
 2 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Onion powder
 1 tsp Dried thyme
 1 tsp White pepper
 ½ tsp Cayenne
 ½ tsp Black pepper
 ½ tsp Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Rub chicken inside and out with mixture. For extra flavor, coat chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours overnight, if you have time. Try this for oven-roasted chicken too!
