Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting are a staple fall treat. And, the warm cinnamon and pumpkin aromas fill your home with that unmistakable scent of the season.
Mix the pumpkin bar ingredients together and pour into a 13" x 18" jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla and then add powdered sugar. If too stiff, add a few drops of milk. Spread over bars. Sprinkle nuts on top.
