Pressure Cooker Pulled Pork
This easy pressure cooker pulled pork recipe is a great way to speed up the cooking process; what would normally take up to six hours in a slow cooker will take only 45 hands-off minutes in a pressure cooker! Try this simple recipe for a delicious and quick weeknight meal.

Mix seasonings together in a small bowl. Rub onto meat.
Cut meat into 2-inch cubes and place in steamer basket. Add water to pressure cooker. Place trivet and steamer basket (with meat) into cooker; lock cover in place. Bring to pressure over high heat. Then reduce heat as low as possible while still maintaining pressure.
Cook for 45 minutes; then, quickly release pressure. Place meat in a bowl and shred with a fork. Serve on buns. Enjoy!
