Parmesan Cauliflower
A creamy, cheesy, crispy side that will surely be a hit at Thanksgiving! Of course, parmesan cauliflower is just as tasty any other time of the year too.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix cauliflower, heavy cream, flour, and 1 cup of grated Parmesan in a large bowl. Sprinkle on salt and ground pepper to taste, and mix it all to combine.
Pour cauliflower mixture to a 2 quart baking dish. Cover it with foil or a lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Combine the rest of the Parmesan with the breadcrumbs in a bowl. When the cauliflower is done baking, stir the cauliflower around, and sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixture. Sprinkle the butter pieces over the cauliflower and bake it uncovered for about 10 to 20 minutes. The top should be crispy, golden brown, and the cauliflower should be easily pierced with a knife or fork. Let cool and then serve!
