Jam

Yields1 Serving

A jelly jar and a spoon filled with jam, surrounded with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

3 cups Frozen Fruit, Thawed

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

¾ cup Sugar

2 tbsp Fruit Pectin

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan. Stir with a plastic spatula to
blend.

Close the lid and select JAM, START.

Store in a sealed container in your refrigerator.

Makes about 11/2 cups jam.
