Herbed Tilapia and Asparagus

 ¼ cup Butter, softened
 ½ tsp Ground sage
 1 tsp Dried basil
 1 tsp Garlic, minced
 48 Tilapia fillets
 12 lbs Asparagus (optional)
 34 Small onions, thinly sliced
 24 Lemons, quartered
 Salt and pepper

Put the butter in a small bowl. Add the herbs and garlic and stir well.


Heat grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees F.


Dry the tilapia fillets with paper towels, then rub all sides with the butter mixture.


Separate the asparagus and onions into 4 equal servings.


Place 1-2 pieces of tilapia in a foil packet with 1 serving of asparagus and onions. Seal.


Cook the packets on the grill for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed. When done, drizzle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
