Hamburger Stew

A red and white bowl filled with Hamburger Stew, placed on a woven mat.

 12 lbs Hamburger
 10 Large potatoes, peeled and cubed
 1 Large white onion, wedged
 2 Cans whole corn
 12 14.5 oz cans stewed or diced tomatoes
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Chili powder to taste

Brown hamburger meat with salt and pepper. While doing this put your potatoes and onions on to a boil in as small amount of water as possible.


After you have browned and drained the hamburger, add it to the potatoes still in the water.


Add your corn, tomatoes, and chili powder.


Simmer for approximately 30 minutes and serve.
