Fried Bananas

A blue floral plate filled with fried banana slices.

 1 Banana, Sliced 1/2" Thick
 1 tsp Coconut or Olive Oil

Heat the griddle plate to medium/high heat. Add the oil.


When the oil is hot, arrange banana slices on the griddle plate, and fry
until brown and crispy on one side (2-3 minutes), then flip and fry the
other side until crispy.


Move the fried bananas to a serving bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and
drizzle with honey.
