Easy Fruit Cobbler

1 cup Biscuit mix
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick Butter or margarine
1 Large can peaches or any fruit, drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Melt butter and pour into an 8"x 8" baking dish.

In a separate bowl, stir remaining ingredients together until well mixed.

Pour over butter, but do not stir. Place fruit on top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
