Donna’s Quiche Pie

2 Deep dish pie crusts
16 oz Softened cream cheese
2 Bags shredded mexican style cheese
1 Can drained fiesta corn
1 Box frozen, chopped and drained spinach
6 Eggs
1 Medium red onion chopped
2 15 oz. Cans drained diced tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Blend well.

Pour into pie crusts and bake for one hour. Let cool for five minutes before serving.
