Deep Fried Apple Rings
Truth: everything tastes better when deep fried--and that includes these deep fried apple rings! Cinnamon and sugar give these Granny Smith apples a classic apple dessert feel, while deep frying adds a delicious twist. The apples can be deep fried in a heavy skillet if you don't have a deep fryer on hand.

Stir flour and salt together in a small bowl. Whisk in eggs, 1 Tbsp. oil, milk and water until smooth.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet or deep fryer to 375°; coat apples in batter and place in hot oil four at a time. Fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes) then flip and fry other side until golden brown. Remove from oil to drain on paper towels. Stir together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on apples. Enjoy!
