Crispy Chicken

Four Crispy Chicken strips on parchment paper with a ramekin of Dijon mustard for dipping.

 2 lbs Chicken breast
 1 cup Milk
 1 Egg
 2 cups Bread crumbs
 Olive oil

Mix milk, egg, and seasonings in a bowl. Dip chicken breasts in mixture, then into bread crumbs.


Add a glove of garlic to oil. The oil should be just covering the chicken. Fry until crispy.
