Banana Bread

Yields1 Serving

A loaf and three cut slices of Banana Bread on a wooden cutting board, next to two bananas.

 2 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
 2 Eggs
 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 ¾ cup Sugar
 2 cups Flour
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 tsp Baking Powder

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order listed.


Close the lid and select QUICK BREAD, START.


When done, before removing the bread pan, check your bread with a
toothpick. If the toothpick does not come out clean, continue cooking
using BAKE at 5 minute intervals until toothpick comes out clean.


Remove pan from bread machine when done. Let cool 15–20 minutes
before removing from the pan. Cool completely before slicing.


Makes 1 loaf (approximately 1 lb.)
