A clear glass ramekin filled with Bacon Green Beans, placed on a green and white plate.

 ½ lb bacon (chopped)
 ½ yellow onion (chopped)
 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
 salt ( to taste)
 pepper (to taste)

In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook your bacon until your preferred crispiness is reached. Remove bacon from skillet and place on a paper towel lined plate.

Leave the bacon grease in the skillet, and to it add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is tender and transparent.

Add the green beans to the skillet and cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Return the bacon back to the skillet and toss to combine everything. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
