Apple Cinnamon Tart
An apple cinnamon tart is the perfect dessert on a cool fall day. Using unbaked pie dough for the crust cuts down preparation time, but you can also make homemade pie crust. If you'd like to add a kick to the apple cinnamon tart, add a dash of nutmeg with the cinnamon and sugar. The warm and peppery notes will combine deliciously with the cinnamon!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place rolled-out dough in a tart dish, trim edges, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.
Peel apples and cut into halves, removing seeds and core. Slice into 1/4" pieces. Fan apples into rows or a circle in the cooled tart crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, top with cubes of butter, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
