Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Yields1 Serving

 6 medium sized russet potatoes
 3 tbsp olive oil
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste

Thoroughly wash potatoes and pat dry. Poke each potato multiple times with a fork. Brush skins with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
