Deep Fried Pickles

You just need a deep fryer, pickles, and a few more ingredients to make these deep fried pickles. This summer fair food is the perfect side for a June or July barbecue, and will make a great appetizer or side to burgers, or a stand alone dish. You can even put these pickle chips on top of burgers for an extra delicious addition! We love the unexpected zing of cayenne pepper for a zesty finish, but you can feel free to substitute it with a more mild pepper. Deep fried pickles have never been easier to make!
