There’s no better way to celebrate spring than with Easter bunny pancakes. Kids and adults alike will love this adorable breakfast. With a tail made of whipped cream and coconut and feet made of banana and chocolate chips, Easter bunny pancakes taste as good as they look! Feel free to use homemade or store-bought pancake mix depending on how much time you have in the morning.
Prepared pancake batter
Mini chocolate chips
- You’ll need to make six pancakes in total for each Easter bunny pancake. Make one large and one medium round pancake for the body and the head, two long oval pancakes for the ears, and two small oval pancakes for the feet. (A large electric skillet can make this a little easier, though you can also do it on the stove in a regular frying pan!)
- Once the pancakes are organized to look like a bunny, add a tail with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of coconut. Finish off the feet with bananas and chocolate chips. Delicious!
