This toffee apple dip tastes like a dessert, but apple slices give it a healthy boost that lets you eat it guilt-free. 1/2 bag toffee chips
1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 large can pineapple juice
Granny Smith apples, as many as you want
- Slice apples and store them in a large container or pitcher. Pour pineapple juice over the apples. Refrigerate.
- Mix other ingredients in a mixing bowl, leaving the toffee chips for last. Stir well, making sure the sugar and brown sugar are stirred throughout. Add toffee chips and stir well. This dip can be eaten at room temperature or refrigerated. When you’re ready to serve, bring out the apple pieces and enjoy!
