Ingredients for Lucky Charm Cupcakes
1 yellow cake mix batter prepared according to package directions
1 1/2 c. Lucky Charms Marshmallows, divided
- Preheat oven according to box instructions.
- Place liners in cupcake pan. Gently fold 1 c. of the marshmallows into the batter and pour mixture into the liners. Bake according to package directions. Let cool.
- Top with your favorite frosting and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 c. marshmallows and some of the frosted cereal for a little extra crunch.
