Gummy Berry Snacks

Bring the county fair into your kitchen with these gummy berry snacks you can make with our S’mores/Gummy Candy Maker. You can make this recipe with only five ingredients that are easy to find at your local supermarket: berries, fruit juice, lemon juice, honey, and unflavored gelatin. It’s a great treat to make with kids, who can have fun stirring the mixture, pouring it into the molds, and, of course, eating the gummies once they’re done! We recommend spending a Saturday making gummy berry snacks in different flavors so you have a stockpile of sweet treats to nibble on during the week.

Ingredients:
1/4 c. berries, pureed (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
1/4 c. any fruit juice (grape, apple, etc.)
1 T. lemon juice
2-3 T. honey (or to taste, depending on how much sugar is in your juice)
3 packets unflavored gelatin

  1. Heat the first four ingredients in the melting bowl. When heated through, add the gelatin, 1 packet at a time, while stirring the mixture. Continue to stir until completely melted and watery.
  2. Turn off the heater, remove the bowl, and carefully pour the melted mixture into the molds.
  3. Let set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before turning candy out of molds. Store the gummy candy in the fridge.
