Fruit Soup

Try this delicious, low-maintenance fruit soup when you need to serve a crowd with a sweet tooth. Fall flavors like apples, cherries, apricots and cinnamon combine for the perfect chilly day soup. Chunks of pineapple and mandarin oranges simmer on low in the slow cooker along with other delicious fruit flavors, leaving you free to work on more complex main dishes or desserts. When you’re ready to serve this fruit soup, just spoon it into small bowls and enjoy!

1 jar (24 oz.) chunky applesauce
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 can (15 oz.) apricots
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges
½ c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon

1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker pot.
2. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
