1 banana, cut in chunks
1 c. grapes
1 6-oz. container plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 apple, cored and chopped
1 1/2 c. fresh spinach leaves
3/4 c. crushed ice (or 5 cubes)
Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes 2 servings.
