This spicy buffalo chicken dip is a great appetizer or snack for your next football tailgate party. Make it in the slow cooker for hands-off deliciousness, or use the oven to save on time. 3 large cans of white meat chicken
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 16-oz. bottle ranch dressing
8 oz. Red hot sauce, to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar
Slow Cooker Instructions
Mix ingredients in slow cooker and heat on high for one hour, stirring occasionally. Switch heat setting to low or warm to enjoy throughout the party.
Stovetop and Oven Instructions:
Melt cream cheese over stove top with ranch dressing. Drain chicken and shred with fork. Add chicken to melted cream cheese and dressing. Add hot sauce to your liking. Transfer to casserole dish and cover with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
