3 large eggs
3 tablespoons milk
A pinch of salt
3 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
- Mix eggs, milk, and salt in a mug (or microwave safe bowl).
- Microwave for 45 seconds; take it out and stir. Microwave for another 45 seconds, or until eggs are nearly set. Stir in the shredded cheese if desired, and then let eggs sit for about one minute. Serve immediately before eggs get cold!
