Microwave French Toast

Microwave French toast is such an easy recipe that it almost shouldn’t be allowed. After all, now it’s possible to have French toast in a mug for every meal and every snack—which is dangerous for people who love it as much as we do.

2 slices of bread (any kind of bread)
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cut bread into cubes and put them in a mug or a microwave-safe bowl. (We just think a mug is cuter.)

In a separate dish, mix together the egg, milk, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the mug with the bread, and then press down the bread so it can soak up the mixture.

Microwave for one minute. Then, cook for 10 seconds, stop, and cook for 10 more seconds until it’s completely cooked (as in, the French toast is set and the eggs are no longer runny). If you’re feeling fancy, add some syrup. Delicious!
