Twice Baked Potatoes

 4 Potatoes, Baked
 1 Small Onion, Minced
 2 tbsp Butter
 ½ cup Milk
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated and Divided
 ¼ cup Bacon Bits

Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scoop the insides of each potato into a large mixing bowl and set the hollowed-out skins onto a cookie sheet

Mash potato insides with the onion, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt and 1/2 cup cheese.

Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato skins and top with 1/4 cup cheese and bacon bits.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
