Spinach Dip

Yields1 Serving
 8 oz Package of Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed and Drained
 2 cups Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
 8 oz Cream Cheese, Cubed
 ½ cup Mayonaise
 ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
 Salt and Pepper to Taste

Lightly coat the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined.

Pour into crockpot and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
