Meet your new favorite breakfast food: this sausage breakfast pizza, submitted by Allison C., has won over our hearts and our mornings. A crescent roll crust means this pizza is delicious and easy to make; plus, it’s also the perfect dish for the nights when we want breakfast for dinner! Recipe Submitted by Allison C. of Burke, NY.

 1 lb pork sausage
 1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls
 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
 5 eggs
 ¼ cup milk
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)

In a skillet, brown sausage, breaking it up with a spatula into crumbles. When fully cooked, drain and set aside.

Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Arrange on an ungreased pizza pan. Press triangles together to completely cover bottom and sides of pan. Spoon sausage over crust and top with the shredded cheddar cheese; set aside.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; pour over sausage and the top of the pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375° F for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
