You just need four main ingredients, a few favorite toppings, and a skillet with a cover to make this delicious dish. Use pepperoni, or use sausage, mushrooms, olives, vegetables or more for toppings--just raid your pantry and vegetable drawer! Another bonus? These pizza tacos only take a few minutes to make, so they're easy to cook whenever your're in the mood for a feel good classic.
Take a tortilla and spread it with 1 T. of pizza sauce. Place into a heated skillet (low to medium heat).
Add a heaping T. of cheese and a sprinkle of the oregano, then the pepperoni (or other toppings).
Cover and cook about 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Flip the tortilla in half to make a taco (the melted cheese will help).
